Pros
Omnicare has a fair to above average wage and time off policy. Pharmacy locations are typically located near highways making going to work very easy.
Cons
New salary system does not reward people for longevity, rates are maxed out at certain amounts and no raises are given. More and more managers are not from healthcare or pharmacy backgrounds. Management does not value the relationships held with customers by long term employees and ex-owners who still work for the company.
