Pros

Work from home. Benefits and still under the CVS name

Cons

Horrible management decisions are running the company into the ground. Zero training, multiple employees were let go, and now combined 2 departments. Outsourced lower salary employees to do our jobs that are temp positions. This place appears to be in financial turmoil Employees now need to do double the work and have higher expectations. Hired at low salary and no immediate benefits! Had to wait through a "probationary period".
