Cons
Doesn't make substantial changes. Slow walks everything that could cost money or take effort. Employee concerns are ignored. Talk is cheap so they talk a lot about how they "want" to improve. Never how they will get there. Layoffs do not match company or team performance so you can't predict them. PTO too small. Hard cap of PTO accrual. Limited promotion opportunities on multiple teams. Getting anyone outside your team to do anything is hard or impossible. No cohesion between different teams or departments. Turnover might be higher than average. Zero respect from HR. They treat you like meat. Little stuff here and there makes it feel like people in charge don't care and don't listen to employees Clunky benefits and payroll system conveniently makes it hard to do what you want and takes 1.5-3 weeks (2 or more pay periods) for changes to take effect. ESPP and bonuses are based on payCHECKS, not your pay in a certain period. Harder to calculate this way.
