Good company with lots of opportunity for growth. CEO promotes from within and most management started with the company and moved up. If you are a hard worker, you will get far in this company. The company has many employees that have been with the company for 20+ years. Stable company and not a lot of turnover.

Cons

No cons- I have been working at the company for several years and have moved up in the company. I am happy with my career here.

- pay is salary plus commissions. Its structured in a way that you can make a lot of money. - its easy work, and if you are a hardworker you are rewarded - good benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance - 401k with match - lots of opportunity to move up, they promote from within

Cons

- sometimes difficult to work with receivers - have to start the day very early due to receiving hours, but you get used to it
