Pros

Easy to get a no due to constant turnover

Cons

You are able to get paid extra for several things but you aren’t sent enough product to get a bonus. Everthing is sent last minute and you are expected to drop everything. Unrealistic expectations from my route and my supervisor. Office staff is very unhelpful if you can ever get ahold of them. Don’t let them lie to you - you will be away from home more than they tell you.

Pros

- pay is salary plus commissions. Its structured in a way that you can make a lot of money. - its easy work, and if you are a hardworker you are rewarded - good benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance - 401k with match - lots of opportunity to move up, they promote from within

Cons

- sometimes difficult to work with receivers - have to start the day very early due to receiving hours, but you get used to it

Outside of executive and senior leadership, the team consists of **kind, supportive, and genuinely compassionate colleagues**, but unfortunately, they are **overworked and stretched thin** due to the company's demanding environment.

Cons

If you're looking for a company that values hard work, fosters a positive culture, and provides fair compensation, this is not the place for you.
