The owner is not trustworthy, does not respect your time and does not respect his employees. He will often talk poorly about them behind their back.

- pay is salary plus commissions. Its structured in a way that you can make a lot of money. - its easy work, and if you are a hardworker you are rewarded - good benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance - 401k with match - lots of opportunity to move up, they promote from within

Cons

- sometimes difficult to work with receivers - have to start the day very early due to receiving hours, but you get used to it
