Pros

Great company and management. Lots of upside potential. They promote from within. Previous person in my position is an operations manager. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

It’s a small company so you have the positives and negatives of that. Overall, it’s all good. Negative reviews are disgruntled employees that were let go because they wanted to get a paycheck without working or coming to work. If you don’t like to work, or have bad work ethic, don’t bother!

- pay is salary plus commissions. Its structured in a way that you can make a lot of money. - its easy work, and if you are a hardworker you are rewarded - good benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance - 401k with match - lots of opportunity to move up, they promote from within

Cons

- sometimes difficult to work with receivers - have to start the day very early due to receiving hours, but you get used to it
