Pros

- pay is salary plus commissions. Its structured in a way that you can make a lot of money. - its easy work, and if you are a hardworker you are rewarded - good benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance - 401k with match - lots of opportunity to move up, they promote from within

Cons

- sometimes difficult to work with receivers - have to start the day very early due to receiving hours, but you get used to it

Great company with great management. There is lots of autonomy in the position and if you work hard, you will see your commissions grow. Lots of room for growth and they generally promote from within. Company is growing and doing a lot of hiring.
