Pros

They pay well and hook you up with free lunches. Owner really wants to do right by his employee.

Cons

New managers are making it so corporate it’s taking away from what made this place special. While I didn’t agree with how they handled my situation I want to see the company succeed.

flat organization, can communicate with directly with leadership if you want to

feels like things are being done without an overall strategy in place if it is, strategy doesn't feel strongly communicated to the team
