Lots of ownership Mostly chill life if you do your part (which differs a lot depending on what team you land on)

Cons

Pay increases are a joke no matter the performance on the previous year. Responsibilities across teams are very disproportionate

Pros

Great offering, strong technology and an extremely knowledgeable team who is willing to help. I have not yet been here for a year but I am encouraged by my experience. The leader team has humility and will admit mistakes or if a strategy is needed without ego.

Cons

Growing pains from decisions to fix areas can be annoying, but are a necessity. Some dead weight still exists.
