Where do I begin. First my coworkers are smart and talented with the desire to grow the business. Everyone is down to earth and treats everyone with respect. I trust the executives as they are always striving to be better and welcome new ideas no matter your stature within the company. Our product is great and getting better. We protect the largest companies in the world from putting themselves at risk. They invest in the product and their employees. We have offices in Boston, Argentina and Germany. It’s important that not only do all the offices work well together but that we understand and celebrate each other’s culture. The perks and swag are great. Every month there are free massages, food and manicures. The swag is all high quality. It’s a great company with a greater future.
Cons
So far, nothing. I could not be happier with my decision to join Onapsis. Like any fast growing company there are growing pains but I love the direction we are going and have full faith in the executive team driving us.
