Pros

Niche and high profile product - cyber security software for ERP systems, so great growth potential. Company culture is amazing - start up mentality but with strategic leadership.

Cons

Currently a lot of change - consolidating the product, integrating with a new acquisition, maturing, etc. - but exciting times!

Pros

Great offering, strong technology and an extremely knowledgeable team who is willing to help. I have not yet been here for a year but I am encouraged by my experience. The leader team has humility and will admit mistakes or if a strategy is needed without ego.

Cons

Growing pains from decisions to fix areas can be annoying, but are a necessity. Some dead weight still exists.
