Cons
The CEO of onapsis is an absolute tyrant, and nobody is safe from his wrath. If some of the things he’s said were ever publicized, it would be a Better.com situation 2.0. He plays his favorites & he ousts anyone who disagrees with him. It is well known among the employees that he is a force to be reckoned with—and not in a good way. Layoffs have been trickling in over the last year & I expect more will continue. Also ZERO diversity—literally not a single POC at onapsis.
