Built the market... goldmine sales patches still ripe neglected by poor past sales hires... massive Big 4, IBM, Accenture, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini partnerships

Cons

A lot of leadership over the years never truly rolled their sleeves up and got anything done... goal was to also secure Oracle and Salesforce but seems to be failing... SAP's competitive monitoring, and code-scanning tools are SaaS and Onapsis' aren't... SAP potentially lapping them on race to cloud... market doesn't seem to care about Onapsis running outside the SAP system, as competitors run inside the SAP system and win competitive deals... a lot of original brain trust is gone so difficult to get your questions answered consistently

Pros

Great offering, strong technology and an extremely knowledgeable team who is willing to help. I have not yet been here for a year but I am encouraged by my experience. The leader team has humility and will admit mistakes or if a strategy is needed without ego.

Cons

Growing pains from decisions to fix areas can be annoying, but are a necessity. Some dead weight still exists.
