Pros
Amazing patients, work from home, easy to fall in love with the patients/job. A lot of valuable, knowledgeable employees. Flexible, updated equipment provided, some paid benefits. Career training and refreshers offered. Can work in office if needed. Growing company. Many learning opportunities.
Cons
The medical insurance plan sucks! No room for growth in the departments, positions are lateral, there are a lot of positions you can move to, but the pay will be about the same. With company growth and extra assignments, there’s no compensation. Employees can’t give input on new procedures that has happened or need to happen. The best source is the person that actually does the job 8hrs a day. You never hear from upper-management regarding good things, always to ask for more or nitpick. Lately the company’s mission has been pushed to the side, the company has been more number driven than patient driven. Trying to make all positions feel more like a call center. Implementing call center policies in other departments has stressed everyone out. A lot of micromanagement lately. Could pay more!
