      Pros

      Co-workers are great. The quarterly bonuses are positive. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      The company was great in 2017-2018, however management has changed. The micromanaging and petty day to day foolishness effects employee morale. If you have to micromanage that means it's not the people its the manager. NO ONE LIKES TO BE MICROMANAGED. NO ONE! SO STOP!!! PAUL IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS PLEASE DEVELOP A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR YOUR SUPERVISORS/DIRECTORS/MANAGERS BEFORE THE PROMOTION. People can't snack in the area they work in, can't listen to music/have one earbud in, can't wear sandals. It's foolishness. Stop wondering why your turnover rate is high and start looking at upper management.

      Pros

      Work from home, potential for growth, fast growth, plenty of OT available, bonuses, competitive salary, opportunity to transfer to a different department, every company has it's pros and cons, overall a good place to work, have to weigh out what is important to you, as long as you perform as what you are hired for and stay out of the gossip you will be fine, don't loose focus, everything else is white noise

      Cons

      Lack of communication (hush hush culture), unrealistic goals set for potential extra bonus earnings, even though there is room to grow it's hard to transfer to a different department
