Onco360 preaches a great work-life balance so your time off is your time off! Onco puts patient care at its top priority and makes that known. You're to treat everyone with dignity and respect (our clients are going through a lot). They have flexible scheduling (depending on your job role). I'm not going to fluff it, this isn't a place to "slack off", you're here to do a job and management expects that! This is a workplace you come in ready to give 100%, and I feel like that is reflected in the salary ranges and comp packages they offer employees. That said, when it's time to relax and take a break, the office has an open floor plan with several couches and chairs, a nice break room, an outdoor patio for nice days and a wooded trail next to a creek if you want to take a walk! They bring in lunches for employees from time to time which is nice as well. The CEO (Paul) regularly walks around and greets everyone as do many of the managers. I haven't met anyone here that is unfriendly. It's a large company so it takes a while to get to know everyone, their job roles, etc. HR Does an excellent job at the on-boarding process, it's very straightforward and they were extremely helpful with any questions I had even after I started (and I had a LOT of questions). Onco360 is growing, FAST. And any company experiencing rapid growth has growing pains so everyone is also learning as they go. Things are constantly being optimized and made more efficient so if you don't like "change" you may want to look at a smaller organization. However, that growth also means opportunity for advancement. I have seen so many people move up because they have become experts in their department and that rapid growth created opportunity for advancement. This isn't the easiest job I've ever had but it's the most rewarding. Come on, you get to help people with cancer!!!
