      Pros

      This could be the best place I have worked! The people are friendly, the upper management listens to ideas and issues, and it is a good and steady busy workplace. It is easy to go to work every day because of the pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. The health insurance is not the greatest, but I think health coverage is expensive and not so great anywhere you work these days.

      Pros

      Work from home, potential for growth, fast growth, plenty of OT available, bonuses, competitive salary, opportunity to transfer to a different department, every company has it's pros and cons, overall a good place to work, have to weigh out what is important to you, as long as you perform as what you are hired for and stay out of the gossip you will be fine, don't loose focus, everything else is white noise

      Cons

      Lack of communication (hush hush culture), unrealistic goals set for potential extra bonus earnings, even though there is room to grow it's hard to transfer to a different department
