      Pros

      The pharmacy team truly cares about their work and making sure patients are taking care of. I am so proud to be a part of this company and feel that we make a difference. Management is open to new ideas to improve workflow and support career development and there is a collaborative approach in the pharmacy. There are goals to meet, as with any successful company, but hard work is recognized and appreciated.

      Pros

      Work from home, potential for growth, fast growth, plenty of OT available, bonuses, competitive salary, opportunity to transfer to a different department, every company has it's pros and cons, overall a good place to work, have to weigh out what is important to you, as long as you perform as what you are hired for and stay out of the gossip you will be fine, don't loose focus, everything else is white noise

      Lack of communication (hush hush culture), unrealistic goals set for potential extra bonus earnings, even though there is room to grow it's hard to transfer to a different department
