Pros
The people are great at onco- they do great things for patients. Lots of promotions- all the AVPs were old managers, hospital accounts are (mostly) all old reps, all the RD leads were inside sellers at one point. They also promote to the trade side of the business. Several pharmacy techs have been promoted to regional director roles. There are a lot of ways to expand your career here and learn. I learned a ton working there and it was great to build up my resume. The company has been growing very fast over the past 5 years. It's a great place to be. If there is bad morale- I don't see why exactly. Communicate and work with your team. Everyone is doing their best- don't hang out with people that make your job miserable. If there is a "mass exodus" -it hasn't happened yet. If you are that great of a rep and onco is the source of all your unhappiness- move along.
