While I’ve only been here for four months, I’ve already learned a tremendous amount from this team and have had the pleasure of leading and working alongside an incredible sales organization, both onshore and offshore. Stakeholders across the business are passionate about what they do and share a strong sense of urgency when it comes to achieving goals. This is also one of the most diverse companies I’ve worked for—both in diversity of thought and people—which creates a truly dynamic and organic environment that can be felt in every corner of the business. There is a consistent level of drive and work ethic across the organization, with hardworking individuals at every level. The C-suite is both savvy, strategic, and approachable, which fosters a rich learning environment and makes it easy to grow and develop. I’m incredibly happy here and genuinely look forward to what the future holds.
