Pros
The business is stable with a lot of customers and has been around for ~25 years, benefits are good, there are some good people in the organization and at times helps customers.
Cons
Since being purchased by PE firm, the new CEO brought in a full exec suite from groupon, and is oblivious to how to create a good culture vs. yelling and creating chaos that flows through the organization. The CIO is easily the worst leader there, vin eet's a covert narcissist, limitedly competent, constantly lying, creating personal vendettas and the worst culture I've ever seen, he's had the most turnover of anyone including his new hires. Likely he'll get fired soon as his web of lies is catching up with him, however the mess in his wake will be difficult to recover from. they are focused on selling again in a few years, have cut employee benefits and customer coverages while taking up price, giving a bad name to what used to be a good product and good company to work for.
