Pros
Motivated and passionate team. Good benefits. Decent culture for a start-up. Encourages all employees to be involved and speak up.
Cons
Onduo itself is great. However, you're also basically working for Verily (yet Sanofi doesn't act this way). Verily is disorganized and constantly changing their minds. They barely understand diabetes. They don't understand why they need to meet due dates or stay accountable. If you're not an engineer or medical provider, they do not respect you (but they barely respect medical providers). They're constantly trying to put down Onduo employees no matter their level in the company. Because Verily is disorganized, if something goes wrong- you can be held at fault even if you have things to back you up. Verily has a toxic culture. I looked into Onduo before accepting the offer, but I should have read the Verily reviews and news before accepting- I don't think I would have accepted.
