Pros

The product, medical device and space have a ton of potential.

Cons

The current leadership team is hindering the company from meeting its potential. The executive leadership style is largely characterized by a severe lack of transparency, lack of subject matter expertise (or even foundational understanding) in key areas of the company’s product offering (i.e. product development, medical device development, AI), nonsensical milestones and timelines (likely as a result of the lack of expertise/understanding), an inability drive clear focus, no appreciation for the importance of strong operations and flimsy strategic thinking.

Pros

Honest CEO and leadership vision to create “opportunities” for those living with chronic conditions. All of the product R&D, investments, extra hours and teamwork centers on this goal. Embracing the opportunity to spread the word of what we do and how we can help employers bend the healthcare cost curve and support their team members!

Cons

IF it’s a con, it’s that One Drop is a newer company and there is a lot of work to be done! It’s all good work however, and the leadership is committed to incorporating feedback and methodically making the right investments for structured growth.
