Pros
Rewarding work with clients, nice co-workers, some managers are great to work with. Benefits offered are nice but can be expensive. Agency keeps people that we shouldn't, putting more work on others all the time.
Cons
Very little room for advancement, salary is very low with very few opportunities for an increase, terrible communication and very negative vibe when working with other locations...far from being a team atmosphere. Work is never good enough. Place is very unorganized, employees work many hours with little acknowledgement, agency needs a lot of help as it seems to only go downhill more and more. Complete surveys all the time, feedback doesn't seem to be used to make a difference.
