The knowledge I learned. Most of my co-workers were incredibly helpful and were understanding that I was starting in the field. I truly enjoyed the connections i made with clients, families, and my co-workers

Cons

Case load is very high. Little preparation when going to court. Not the company's fault, but the magistrate can be really rude to the case workers, without even knowing what we go through with the families. Compensation is low for the amount of work that has to be done
