Pros

Company was on a good trajectory but has gone flat. Great if you are Russian because that's mostly who they hire. The HR team does a good job and send nice snacks and merch regularly in the mail. The motto is CONFIDENCE but it's kind of embarrassing. Everyone fear wears the merch around like they are working for Apple with these diagrams on them that say things about 'Digital Payments'. It's cringe. They offer employees free argyle socks tho. lol.

Cons

They make what should be simple complicated and use a lot of buzz words to try and pull in new prospects but you have to sell to out of touch boomers who don't really want to have to make the switch to digital payments so you're constantly working with stodgy curmudgeons in the insurance world. The software is expensive AF but they milk it from these insurance whales so it flies. Management leads with fear tactics so folks are on edge and it's quickly unpleasant. If you like being judged against your colleagues constantly then this is a good fit for. you. Bunch of people in fear for their jobs so tons of people quit. It's a strange company that struggled to maintain a good culture through Covid. Praise is a limited and criticism is often. I'd keep scrolling and find something with a better culture. It's rather joyless.

Pros

Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.

Cons

I have been very blessed and do not have any cons to share from my time with One Inc.

Pros

A few team members are supportive, though this is not consistent across the organization. Exposure to industry tools and workflows may be useful for those early in their careers. Some flexibility exists, but it varies significantly depending on team and management.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction and consistency, leading to frequent confusion and constantly shifting priorities. High turnover creates ongoing instability and increases the burden on remaining employees. Workloads are often unrealistic, with limited support and poor resource planning. There is a noticeable lack of proper tools and systems, making even routine tasks more difficult than necessary. Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Communication between teams is fragmented, resulting in inefficiencies and duplicated efforts. Feedback and performance management are inconsistent, making it difficult to grow or succeed.
