Pros

used to be lighter workload which is changing soon so patients will get mad at us for shorter visits.

Cons

-obsession with revenue is turning the patient care into a typical clinic with shorter visits and less quality care. we are "encouraged" to give the patient whatever they want because if we don't then they can write us up and we get in trouble. - no accountability for terrible in office leaders. they just keep going on with their bad practices and make everyone miserable and nothing happens, but we get threatened very quickly if a patient complains
