Pros
The company culture is young and very good for recent grads. The offices are extremely nice, the managers support their staff, and lots of overall good team chemistry. Office culture is excellent and everyone generally gets along. Also the benefits are pretty decent!
Cons
The compensation is extremely low. There is no denying that. Although One Medical Group claims they provide opportunities for growth - it simply is not the case for the majority of the staff. Maybe this was possible when the company was still a start up.. but hey hire too many admin staff who all have similar ambitions. Thus it's very difficult to stand out when you're a small fish in a big pond. Employee turnover is very high - clearly an indication of the lack of opportunities the company presents.
