Pros

Leadership and fellow team members create a space where anyone can feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We strive to be one another's biggest supporters while keeping a 'high-performance' mentality to continually push ourselves and other teams towards excellence. Countless opportunities are available to employees for personal and professional growth such as book studies, LinkedIn Learning courses, Toastmasters, Leadership Development Programs, and more. The company is rapidly growing and a strong work ethic is absolutely required to succeed here. The work is fun and there are multiple departments with opportunities for growth. We have a large customer base covering multiple industries. The success we drive for our customers is quantifiable and rewarding. It is a great place to be!

Cons

Growth is exciting and with that excitement comes change, stretching, increased workload, and other challenges. If you are committed to contributing towards change, this is a great opportunity to facilitate that. This may be considered a con for some and worth considering if a growing company is not where you want to be.

Pros

Some of the employees are incredible to work with and work extremely hard to ensure things run smoothly.

Cons

The company is very cliquey. The HR department is judgmental and is more concerned with maintaining the "image" of One Source that things tend to get dropped or forgotten. The VPs, Directors and Managers at the company have no grasp over what happens within the day-to-day tasks of the company. You put work into bettering the company only to be told the company does not move quickly when it comes to change or to be told that the priorities have changed without their informing you or your team. Any enhancements to processes or systems moves at a snail's pace and is usually dismissed because "that's not the way we do things here."
