Business Outlook
Pros
One Workplace is a great place to work. It's is great to work for a company that is this size but still run by a family. I love that the Ferrari's know everyone by name, and that I know most of the other employees on a personal level. That business mentality has obviously been successful since we are one of the largest Steelcase/DIRTT dealers in the nation!
Cons
Some departments are still up and coming, and could use more support. They need managers that are going to help move them forward and improve on processes, but are not getting that.
