Horrible management! - Team Leader On Mobile OneBlood Employee Review

Everyrhing else is horrible, no respect no consideration and no flexibility they do not accept dr notes and your constantly being reminded how replaceable you are lpts of ghetto unqualified coordinators in charge of mobiles! They change our uniforms constantly and expect us to buy with our own money after we have spent hundreds of dollars on them. Our raises are very low and not based on our year long hard work! The ceo's are making the big salaries and bonusesI we get 40 dollars as Christmas bonus and no Christmas party not even donuts! I can go on and on ! I choose to stay because I'm old and almost at retirement age.
