Pros

Working with clients, developing relationships and scheduling blood drives with community high schools, corporations, small and large businesses. It can be rewarding for all involved.

Cons

Don't be mislead. The company management, have together, created a very unhealthy and toxic environment for it's employees. Across the board, in all departments, there is blatant favoritism, discrimination, and a culture based on intimidation, fear and dishonesty. Think of being managed by immature, cliquey, self serving children, with a complete lack of true regard for your well being. Management is disorganized, and very unprofessional. They only care about units of blood collected, and will overwork, and mistreat their employees to accomplish that goal.
