I’m fortunate to work alongside colleagues who are not only talented and dedicated but also fun, uplifting, and energizing to be around. Having supportive leaders and caring teammates allows me to focus on leading our campus while also maintaining balance in my personal life. I am genuinely happy at OneSchool Global and grateful to be part of a community that values both people and excellence.

longer school year than some local school districts

The staff are super welcoming and friendly--they're really close and eat lunch together everyday so it feels like a family Feedback is always appreciated and I never feel like I can't ask questions or make suggestions The office space is really modern and has great facilities There are global travel opportunities The pay is great It's hybrid Benefits are great compared to other companies.

Commute is kinda far and traffic is annoying I truly cant think of any cons related to the actual job or organization
