Cons

Commute is kinda far and traffic is annoying I truly cant think of any cons related to the actual job or organization

Pros

OneSchool Global has given me an environment where I can do my best work as a Campus Principal while still maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I feel supported in every way—professionally, personally, and as a leader. The culture is positive, encouraging, and focused on growth, and there is a genuine sense that people want to see each other succeed. I’m fortunate to work alongside colleagues who are not only talented and dedicated but also fun, uplifting, and energizing to be around. Having supportive leaders and caring teammates allows me to focus on leading our campus while also maintaining balance in my personal life. I am genuinely happy at OneSchool Global and grateful to be part of a community that values both people and excellence.

Cons

longer school year than some local school districts

Pros

A lot of committed teachers who are trying their best and support each other.

Cons

The school is run by a seclusive/excluvive religious sect. The students and parents have no respect for teachers because they are "worldlies" and "below them." Admin are so worried about losing their jobs that they support the parents and students and never school employees. It is toxic.
