Pros

Pay - is much better than any other place in the area for this position for entry level agents. Leadership Team - Very interactive with the agents. I have already met quite a few and have only been here a month. PTO - between vacation and sick time (all considered 1 PTO bucket) it is a very generous amount of time, and it increases over the years. Co-Workers - All very nice. always a "good morning" and "have a good night" and friendly atmosphere. no hostility (at least not in the Mesa office) Boot Camp - They have an orientation class (after you start) That really introduces OSV and all the people that are working to make it a great company.

Cons

Training - There is no real official training. its kinda sit with this person or review that document and a lot of the time you just need to create something for yourself to do while "in training" and this can go on for a few weeks. 401K - while it is a great 6% match, it is only 25% of the first 6%. so really, if you contribute 6%, they are not matching 6%, They are only matching 1½ %. that is a big Con for me. Benefits - Very expensive if you need to add a spouse. Not too bad for self or self and children, but if you have a dependent spouse that needs to be on your benefits, be prepared to give half your check to that.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at OneSource. The leadership team is engaged, forward-thinking, and genuinely invested in both the company’s growth and the success of its employees. There is a strong sense of ownership and accountability across the organization, which creates an environment where your contributions truly matter. What I appreciate most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As the company continues to grow and evolve, there is room to build, improve processes, and help shape the future of the organization. Collaboration between teams continues to strengthen, and leadership is open to feedback and new ideas. The culture is supportive, and there is a shared commitment to doing right by both employees and clients. It’s a great place for someone who enjoys being part of a growing organization and wants to contribute in a hands-on way. Pros: Supportive and accessible leadership Opportunity to make an impact Growing company with evolving processes Collaborative environment

Cons

Growth can bring change and require adaptability
