Pros
1) I've made some fantastic friends here at this organization. They are the reason I come in every day. 2) Great facility and location with beautiful amenities. Wellness rooms for a break, think tank rooms with modern furniture and wireless tv's, Desk that raise up or down in some offices in the organization. Free espresso and open area with plenty of tables and seating to eat lunch at or take a break at work. Plenty of parking. 3) There are still some fantastic leaders that pour into their staff and want to help them grow and develop into future leaders. 4) It's preferred that you are in the office daily, but there is flexibility when needed to WFH because applications are in the cloud. 5) Managed PTO plan - It's a pro in some areas, but not realistic in other departments. Some departments would probably do better with accruals. 6) Well intended 10 Values 7) Hyper growth company - Double edged sword 8) Women networking with the brown bag lunch sessions
Cons
1) Sells outsold what PS and operations could keep up with in previous years. The impact was poor quality delivered to the customer base. Goes back to hyper growth cause and effects. 2) The company has lacked focus in years past. The new leadership will hopefully help with that. 2) R & R's are not clearly defined. 3) To many systems to manage which makes research challenging, and has caused data issues and quality issues. 4) You are empowered to fix what's broken...but you'll also be expected to own it forever, even when it's not yours to own in the first place. 5) We're always waiting for the other shoe to drop. 6) Perfection demanded by some and below average allowed by many. 7) No diversity in C-suite
