Pros
As a former customer of OSV, I knew the company culture was top notch, but since I have officially joined the OSV family, I continue to get blown away day in and day out by my team members, management, and executive leaders. OSV is a very attractive place to work for many reasons. It is a very open environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share their ideas, regardless of what level of employee they are. Management is kind and understanding and although it is a fast paced industry and you are expected to make valuable contributions, you are equally thanked and rewarded for those contributions. OSV is just an all around wonderful place to work.
Cons
There are very few cons for working for OSV. I am a remote team member so it can be challenging at times to remain connected, but it has forced me to get outside my comfort zone and get creative with how I'm engaging with my team and the rest of the company and I've been happy to have that challenge!
