      OSV Does Not Honor Their Word (re: 401k Vesting) - Senior Consultant OneSource Virtual Employee Review

      When the Workday consulting group of OSV was acquired, we were told we would not lose our 401k vesting due to the acquisition. I just went to rollover my OSV 401k today and found they did not honor their word. My vesting schedule apparently stopped at the acquisition date, meaning I lost half my match. OSV chose short term profit (a nice windfall to not match us) over maintaining relationships. Be sure to get everything in writing and double-check that they keep their word.

What I appreciate most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As the company continues to grow and evolve, there is room to build, improve processes, and help shape the future of the organization. Collaboration between teams continues to strengthen, and leadership is open to feedback and new ideas. The culture is supportive, and there is a shared commitment to doing right by both employees and clients. It’s a great place for someone who enjoys being part of a growing organization and wants to contribute in a hands-on way.
