I would like to apologize for my late reply and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your experience at VASCO did not match our intention to be a great place to work. I know that not every place of business is the ideal place for everyone, and want to assure you and others reading this that as VASCO moves toward a software-focused business, we will do our best to keep communication open limit any uncertainty or fear around where people stand. As stressful as a change in business strategy can be for everyone in a company, VASCO’s aim is to ensure we support each other as the global team that we are and help one another and the company succeed. Thanks for your response and know that we are working to do better. Roger Mueller, ‎Worldwide Director of HR

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
