Pros

At eSignLive the company culture is built around the seven values that employees deemed the most important; innovation, quality, teamwork, responsibility, respect, giving back and fun! I can honestly say that all of these values are visible throughout the office on a daily basis. The culture of eSignLive is why I chose to stay and why I wanted to join the HR team. I know that our work environment makes us different and I want to be part of the team that helps stand by our values and lives them. The business mission and objective is simple; provide exceptional service to our clients. We work hard to create an service that works well and exactly as our clients require it. We are constantly pushing ourselves to make the service better and more user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes we expect a lot of ourselves. We want to be the best and we have faith that we can always improve ourselves and our service and sometimes that creates a little pressure. We are continuing to grow and we are growing faster than ever before now, so we are learning how to adapt to the larger size of our company! It's a con only because it's a change, otherwise it is REALLY exciting to see what we will be capable of with a bigger and more skilled team!

Pros

OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
