Pros
Although I have only been with eSignLive a very short time the culture and focus on being customer centric is felt from the executive level right through to the front line ranks. This organization cares about their people and the clientele. A great example is our president's view that each and every client has the best customer experience ever - this is not just lip service or a motto, but truly a creed and culture that is bred into each and every employee. I came from a global organization where we talked about the customer and being customer centric, here at eSignLive we live it. We empowered to do what it is right for the customer and ensuring they are satisfied. What makes a great company are there people and I have been very fortunate to meet some of the most talented and humble people in the software and IT industry here at eSignLive. It is one of the few organizations where you truly can put your heart into your work and it is recognized all the way at the top. This is truly a fast paced environment and diverse skills are not only appreciated but encouraged. You will never be bored and there is a ton to learn.
Cons
There aren't really cons. I am sure there are in every organization, to be successful here requires passion and drive. You need to be self sufficient and driven. This is not a place for everyone, as it require self learning and the understanding that you need to go find the answers as you are not spoon fed.
