Pros

It's the first organization I've worked at in many years that offers real transparency. There is no 'upper management' and 'lower management', you really feel like you're part of a collective. Opinions and feedback to management doesn't fall on deaf ears. I've been here a couple months, and so far, happy I made the move.

Cons

The internal processes could use a little fine tuning; all teams aren't always in sync. However, these are all things that are acknowledged and are being actively worked on. The company is growing, so it's somewhat expected.

Pros

OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Cons

No cons come to mind at this time.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
