Pros

Great people to work with, multicultural with many spoken languages other than French and English. Challenging cutting edge technology to work with. Great Product you can stand behind and be proud of.

Cons

Since the purchase by VASCO there are some corporate politics but it's balanced by what they brought in organization and growth which leads to career oportunities

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
