Pros

Free coffee in the break room.

Cons

Underpaid with no salary increase since my inception several years ago even though yearly reviews are exemplary. Extremely high employee turnover makes it difficult as workload just gets spread among the remaining team members. They have merged several roles so that employees have taken on the responsibilities of multiple jobs which they are calling a promotion yet no pay increase. Other benefits such as medical and dental are mediocre. Moral is down across the entire customer facing team.

As a growing company we are experiencing many changes and change is often uncomfortable yet necessary to improve things in the long run. OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
