Pros

Free Coffee && snack - Good medical insurance -RRSP

Cons

1-Cultural problems, some people feel insecure in their job and they keep secret within the teams. 2-no technical challenge, no growth, limited for learning new technologies. 3-Upper management distribute stress into the employee. They need obedient employee who are scared of the managers. 4-some managers are tricky and they play with you!!! lots of politics and poisonous environment.

Thanks for sharing, we value a culture of transparency and your feedback will help us get there. We encourage our team to come forward if they are not receiving support from leadership so we can work together on finding a solution. We do have a live all-hands meeting, if you look for them we encoruge you to raise your hand. To help us better understand individual and departmental experiences, we constantly evaluate our methods for collecting feedback, we are looking into adding more surveys and focus groups to fuel improvements in this area. Thank you for your contributions during your time at OneSpan.

There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
