Pros

OneSpan has a long history of protecting hundreds of multinational companies with reliable hardware and software offerings. With a strong balance sheet, an A-list of customers, and our all-star security experts, the company is poised for growth from our new cloud platform and service solutions. Also a big plus - the Chicago office is nicely located right on the beautiful River Walk!

Cons

We learned from the film Moneyball that one needs to 'adapt or die'. Change can be difficult so if you're looking to join the OneSpan, it will be good to know that company is in a transformation to helping our customers in new ways. If you are able to adapt and change, then you will do well at OneSpan.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
