Pros

Working remotely during the Corona virus crisis is a breeze as they had already invested so much in their infrastructure within the past 2 years. We have not had any interruptions for supporting our customers and as an employee, I feel like I am "in the know" now as I was when I was coming into the office. The CEO truly cares about OneSpan's employees and vision. Very impressive!

Cons

The OneSpan name is not yet well known since they re-branded in 2018 from Vasco.

Thank you very much for having taken the time to write this review. We are happy to hear that you feel supported during this time that is still so uncertain for so many. OneSpan has been very fortunate to transition smoothly to remote work with the help of our excellent IT team and the infrastructure that has been built. We are even still hiring!

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
