Pros

During the Corona crisis we are experiencing the true culture and moral compass. OneSpan shows humanity, keeping it together and learning from what's going on in the world. Great letter from Scott our CEO wrt Black Lives Matters! Bravo!

Cons

Working from home could mean more hours. Not easy to balance. On the other hand more flexibility and quality time for family, hobbies and ourselfs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree we need to be cautious not to overwork while working from home and are aware and asking managers to address this. I like your feedback of more quality time with family, hobbies and ourselves. Thank you!

Pros

OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
