      Pros

      Great work/life balance, talented engineers across the board, supportive R&D management and great culture. With multiple lines-of-business at OneSpan, you could seek growth within the company in multiple directions. I've also seen people switch careers at OneSpan and the company provided all the needed measure to make that happen. Employee growth is extremely important here. Office - Probably the best I've been in. Great location in DT, office amenities are superb and state of the art setup.

      Cons

      OneSpan today is a result of 3 companies that merged together over the years. The is not a "con" per se, but OneSpan is still in the phase of trying to make everything gel together. The aim is to unify the solution offering and ensuring there's a synergy across product lines. This hasn't happened yet but with the talent that exists, I would say this is a matter of time.

      Pros

      OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

      Pros

      Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

      Cons

      Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
